Daily, with 30 days of history for sites and mail and 60 days for databases, and you can restore a whole site or a single file yourself. A backup held on the same platform is not a real backup, which is why off-platform backup is available as an add-on.
Support for the website itself. Hosting keeps the site online; a support agreement is what gets content changed, plugins updated and breakages fixed. Without one, repairs are quoted at the day rate. We would rather say that here than at the point you need us.
Any time, and the change applies immediately. Moving up a tier is a setting, not a migration.
